The home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen and fully equipped with five-burner gas cooktop, double oven with convection oven on tip, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, wine cooler and dual sinks with disposals. The large dining area off of the kitchen also has access to the balcony. The expansive 1st floor living room has a fireplace, 50" flat panel TV with DVD, stereo and wireless internet access. The house offers six bedrooms with five full baths and two half-baths. There are two king beds, two queen beds, a bunk-room that sleeps six and a twin bedroom featuring two trundles. The master bathroom features a dual shower with rain head and separate shower head/body spray along with a Jacuzzi tub. The second floor is also home to the 2nd living room and wet bar. This house offers a salt water pool, 10-person spa and two boat slips. The beach access is just a short walk from this home. No boat trailer parking allowed at this home or anywhere on the isle. There are several boat storage areas in Destin for a reasonable fee for renters.
