The spacious pool deck and large swimming pool provide guests with additional space for entertaining or relaxing. Pool heat is available for an additional charge. The outdoor living area is equipped with a wet bar, and a full bath. The first floor is also serviced by a half bathroom. Stepping through the elegant foyer, guests are immediately welcomed into a cozy sitting room with fireplace and flat screen television. With a view of both the pool and the lake, this quiet nook is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Adjacent to the sitting the room is a large master suite, which provides guests French door access to the pool and a view of the lake. The large, spa-inspired bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, a private water closet, and a large, stand-alone walk-in stone shower. The sunny and spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped with Thermador stainless steel appliances, including a double oven with a warming drawer, gas range, wine rack, and wine cooler. In addition to the formal dining area, the kitchen’s casual breakfast bar provides extra seating for casual meals and snacks. There is also an additional common area off the dining area, featuring comfortable furniture and a large flat screen television, as well as views of the lake and pool. After ascending the elegant staircase, guests can enjoy some quiet time in another quaint sitting room, complete with a flat screen television, wet bar and patio with a view of the lake. An additional king master suite is located on the second floor. Identical to the suite on the first floor, this room is equipped with a flat screen television, a full private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and double vanity with plenty of counter space and a balcony overlooking the lake. Also on the second floor is a large bunk room with sleeping accommodations for four, including a double/single bunk and a Murphy bed discreetly hidden in a closet. This room is serviced by a full private bathroom, featuring a standalone walk in shower. Another second floor king suite is furnished with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping accommodations for two.
