This spacious 3,135 sq. ft. home overlooks Four Prong Lake and offers stunning views of both the lake and the Gulf of Mexico from the top-floor deck. Located in an exclusive gated community in Destin, it's just a three-minute walk to the famous white sands of the Emerald Coast, with public beach access at the Crab Trap restaurant.
The entrance opens into a stylish living area with plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great space to relax. The open gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar and dining space that overlooks the serene lake. You can also step out onto the balcony, which has a sitting area where you can enjoy the view of the pool and lake.
The luxurious master King Suite, located on the second floor, offers a peaceful retreat. It includes a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a fireplace, perfect for unwinding. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious sun deck that provides stunning views of the coastal sunrises and sunsets.
On the first floor, there are two king bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. One of the rooms is a King Suite with a private bath. There's also a fun bunk room with six queen bunks, perfect for families or groups. A cozy living room ties everything together.
