This stunning, three-story coastal home offers breathtaking Gulf views and is nestled in a gated Destin community, making it the perfect spot for a large family vacation or group getaway. With space for up to 24 guests, this home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.
As you enter the first floor, you're greeted by a bright, elegant foyer with a grand staircase and a private elevator for easy access to all levels. For sleeping arrangements, there’s a cheerful bunk room with 3 custom-built queen-over-queen beds and a King Suite with a private bath. A shared full bathroom is also on this level. For entertainment, the game room includes a wet bar, bar seating, and a pool table, just steps away from the private pool that overlooks the emerald waters and white sand beaches.
The second floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This light-filled space is ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The dining area seats 8 with stunning Gulf views, and there’s additional seating for 6 on the balcony next to the outdoor kitchen. This floor also includes two King Suites, each with its own private bathroom.
The third floor is dedicated to the luxurious Master King Suite, complete with a private balcony, cozy fireplace, two spacious walk-in closets, a jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower. There’s also a Queen Suite on this floor with a twin-over-twin bunk bed for additional guests.
Home is within walking distance to beachfront restaurants and the Destiny East Community Center which offers a large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/pet path, large playground, grilling/prep station, and private movie theater!
Beach Access- conveniently located near beach access guests will enjoy their beach experience at the expansive public beach located by the restaurant The Crab Trap.
Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. There is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay. *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. *
