Enjoy the luxury of secluded relaxation at the edge of your own pool, which overlooks the shimmering Gulf shores. The pool is surrounded by a cozy porch and lounge chairs, making it the perfect spot to sit back, sip a cocktail, and take in the incredible views.
On the second level, guests will find a great room that incorporates the living, kitchen, and dining rooms. A tropically themed guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level and shares access to a full hall bathroom. In the living room, you will find a tropical-inspired couch and two bucket seats that face a TV. On one side of this comfortable seating ensemble is a set of glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony that looks out over the emerald waves. An aqua railing and aqua-colored seat cushions embody the home’s moniker, and also provide a unique setting for enjoying the beach environment. Inside on the other side of the living room, the space is dedicated to the dining area, where a glass-topped table sits surrounded by six chairs. The dining area flows into the gleaming kitchen, which includes stainless-steel appliances, a brick backsplash, sunny window, and ample counter space.
The top floor boasts an additional guest room with a king-size bed, TV, and full en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed, romantic balcony, and luxury bath that will have you feeling like royalty.
Not only does this beachfront home offer the most luxurious of vacation accommodations, it is also conveniently located. The sandy shores are literally a few steps from the door.
