With breathtaking views from every room, this condo is just a 2-minute walk away from the beach and sits between two popular restaurants - Pompano Joes and The Crab Trap. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice the stunning open-concept floor plan and immediate Gulf views. The condo has been fully renovated with brand-new furniture, paint, flooring, bedding, appliances, TVs, and decor. The chef's dream kitchen features a gorgeous backsplash, brand-new granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. The dining table is perfectly placed next to the balcony so you can enjoy the views while you dine. The living room is a guest favorite with its brand new 65" flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for the entire family. You'll also appreciate the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The first guest bedroom on your right features a flat-screen TV and two sets of bunk beds with brand new mattresses, sleeping 4 total. The connecting bathroom is shared with the second guest bedroom, which presents a 45" flat-screen TV and a brand new king-sized pillow-top mattress. You'll also have amazing views of the Gulf in this bedroom. Across the hall is the master bedroom, which features truly luxurious updates for you to delight in. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV while you lay in the king-sized bed with a 13.5" plush mattress that brings you durable comfort and temperature management. This mattress is designed to minimize motion transfer as you settle during sleep and also helps relieve pressure points in hips, shoulders, and lower back making it great for side and back sleepers. The Surface Cool fiber and AirCool memory foam comfort layer are both designed to dissipate heat, so you won't wake up sweaty even as the mattress hugs you with cozy comfort. The connecting bathroom includes a private vanity area and a spacious walk-in closet with a separate bathroom that presents a combo shower/tub. This condo can truly accommodate everyone in your family! At this rental, you'll have a beach cart and 4 beach chairs available to use. The condo also features a stackable washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. The beach access is right across the street, making your beach days a breeze! As our guest, you'll also have access to the community pool, the sand volleyball court, and the tennis court! Many restaurants are within walking distance, including popular spots like Kenny D's Beach Bar and Grill, and Capt Dave's on the Gulf. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the first guest bedroom, 4 twin beds in the bunk bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
