This exceptional residence has three spacious indoor living rooms, two substantial balconies, a game room, a relaxing front porch swing, spacious pool deck with hammock for everyone to find their own space to enjoy. Each floor has it’s own “Morning kitchen” with coffee makers, ice-makers and mini-fridges. Guests will have access to a brand new 6 seater LSV Golf Cart and take your family around to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Crystal Beach and features featuring fiber optic lighting with various color modes and a cascading waterfall. The pool deck is equipped with a gas grill, outdoor dining tables, plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs for everyone in your group. Amenities include gourmet kitchen and full-size dining room, luxurious custom designed furniture, granite and marble countertops, oversize porcelain tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, high speed WI-FI, free games and movies, 10 smart TV's for watching Netflix, Hulu, etc (including 2 70” TVs), free beach toys and chairs and carrying cart. * Elevator access can be provided for guests upon application (if elevator is out of service all guests must be able to traverse stairs).
