Luxurious accents and amenities at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, gas cooktop range, two dishwashers and microwave. The cozy dining room off the kitchen has seating for 8 guests with beautiful views. The living area enjoys an open air “observatory” style ceiling with large windows and direct access to the patio where there’s yet another large flat screen TV, plenty of seating and what has to be the crown jewel of this property, the SPECTACULAR pool. This beautiful newly renovated pool/spa area boasts a massive swim up ledge, an overflow spa, plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and lots of space to splash around. Enjoy use of the private BBQ grill or head up to the sun deck on the second floor for even more Florida sunshine and fun. Boasting 3 King Suites, 3 King Bedrooms or the large custom-built bunk room and on the first floor, 2 King Suites with Private Bathrooms, with the Master King Suite featuring double vanities and a large, jetted tub, shower and water closet. Up the grand staircase, guests will enjoy 3 additional King Bedrooms, 1 King Suite and the bunk room with 2 sets of custom-built Queen over Queen bunk beds with a seating area and flat screen TV. The access to the large sun deck is just out the French doors from this bunk room. * Beach access is conveniently located down the street. * Saturday to Saturday Rental during Spring Break and Summer months. * College/Student groups are Not allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children and families. * Weddings/Events are Not Permitted at this property Additional Features: Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.) Beach Chair Service: From March 1-October 31, "Southbound" guests will receive 1 set of complimentary beach service through La Dolce Vita! These chairs can be located at the "Crab Trap" on Scenic Highway 98. For any additional chairs, the beach attendant can assist in reserving directly on site.
