The master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower has access to a private balcony with incredible gulf views. The third floor offers two queen bedrooms, one with a private bath with shower/tub and one with a shared bathroom. This floor is also the home to the game room with billiards table and TV sitting area. Separate from the home is a one bedroom carriage house with private bathroom.
