This second floor unit features a casual Floridian décor with a gorgeous Gulf view from a private balcony. You will find the beach pastels soothing in the living area with island style wicker furnishings, wicker dining table for four and tiled floor. The kitchen has light wood cabinetry, upgraded countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances. The master bedroom features island style wicker furnishings and custom designed tropical decor. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. Things to know: No pets are allowed at this rental This rental is located on floor 2 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles Each reservation comes with two chairs and one umbrella seasonally, 1st March through October, for each day of the guest's stay at no extra charge. Additional chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. No trailers, golf carts or scooters allowed on property.
