The first and main floor of this family-friendly home is made up of an open floor plan seamlessly combining the living area, kitchen, dining room, and a covered balcony. Spend glorious afternoons at home in the bright and well-equipped living area. Here you'll find comfortable furnishings (a sofa, two armchairs, and four chairs) near a wall-mounted TV with cable and a convenient ceiling fan. Off the living area is the covered balcony, the ideal outdoor entertainment venue. With a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted TV, and a comfortable seating area overlooking Lake Caroline, you've just found the ultimate chilling spot. The open kitchen offers custom wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances and is perfect for entertaining. A kitchen island offers four dining spaces for quick breakfasts on the go. Enjoy your mealtime surrounded by nothing but comfort at the large, six-person dining table. And if you'd like something more private and even romantic, make sure to take advantage of the dining nook. This level also features a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and counter space. The owner's suite, with a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, and wonderful water views, is the perfect retreat after a day spent at the beach. The large en suite has two vanities, an oversized walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The other bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan, and the guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. On the upper level of this retreat, you'll come across two furnished balconies, four bedrooms, a living area with bunks, and four bathrooms. Enjoy the gulf breezes from any one of the two covered balconies that offer spectacular views of Lake Caroline. One of them has a ceiling fan, an outdoor dining area for four, and a nice seating area. The other one features a seating area with views of the surrounding buildings. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and three of them have TVs with cable. All bathrooms are en suite. The main bathroom has two vanities, an oversized walk-in shower, a separate soaking tub, and a closet. The small living area comes equipped with a two-person sofa, two armchairs, a ceiling fan, a TV, and two sets of bunk beds. THINGS TO KNOW: There are four bikes located at the home for guest use. Free high-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Free DVD rental cards are available to guests at the front desk: Unlimited DVDs but only two out at a time. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
