This rental is about a 4-minute walk to the beach and is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom standalone property that sleeps 14 people in comfort and ease.
Large Living Room, complete with two plush couches, two chairs, a wall-mounted HDTV, HD Cable, and a Murphy Bed that folds out of the wall. The Living Room has access to the Deck via two sliding glass doors. This large deck boasts an outdoor Dining Table, eight chairs, and a small gas grill.
After the Living Room, the Dining Area and Kitchen come next. The Dining Table is set for six guests, and there is additional bar seating at the adjacent Kitchen. The Kitchen is done in granite and has all the full-size appliances, dishware, and silverware needed for your vacation. After the Kitchen, there is a closet with a full-size stackable Washer and Dryer. Then comes the Guest Bathroom. Complete with unique granite vanity, this bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.
One of the two adjacent Guest Bedrooms comes next, the Bunk Bed Guest Bedroom, which has two sets of Twin Bunk Beds. The last room on this main floor of the property is another Guest bedroom, which is home to a Queen Size Bed, an HDTV, and HD Cable.
Now, let us traverse the stairs to the third and final floor of the property where we will see the Master Bedroom Suite. With its sky-high, vaulted, wood-planked ceilings, this Suite has a King Size Bed, two chairs with a small table, a wall-mounted HDTV with HD cable, a ceiling fan, a desk area/vanity, and its own Bathroom. The Master Bathroom comes with granite, a unique vanity, and a bathtub/shower combination.
The Studio’s Living Area comes with a sofa sleeper with two ottomans, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with HD cable, a ceiling fan, and a Murphy Bed that you fold into the wall. The Studio’s outdoor patio comes with a table, two chairs, and a small gas grill.
The complex has 5 swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Two of the pools are heated during the winter months.
