An ideal condo for 2-3 families with children - we prefer to sleep 8 or fewer people, but we can sleep up to 10 people for an extra charge. Note: Maximum occupancy of this unit varies depending on your the ratio of adults to children. Children 16 yrs and older are counted as adults. We never allow 10 adults. Once you see this gorgeous condo with 2 KING MASTER SUITES and another SUITE with 2 QUEEN BEDS, luxury furnishings & finishes and spectacular views, you’ll never want to vacation anywhere else. This condo is on the 16th floor with an open floor plan featuring spacious living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the light & Gulf views to fill the rooms. The comfortably elegant furnishings in the living area are thoughtfully arranged so that you can take in the views and enjoy your guests. There's a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV in this room as well. And of course, for all your i-things there is also dedicated free wifi. When you want to smell the sea air as you enjoy the view, step out onto the large BALCONY with stunning 180-degree beach views. Enjoy your morning coffee or dinner al fresco; the sunrise and sunset views are just breathtaking! It may be hard to get you back inside – but when dinner’s ready, you’ll want to be the first one seated in the dining area. The dining table seats 6 people, and there is seating for more at the bar. The large, open kitchen has spacious cabinets, Granite counters, and stainless steel refrigerator. We want you to feel at home, so we have thoughtfully equipped this kitchen. You’ll find a toaster, hand mixer, dishes, flatware, professional cookware, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and a regular drip coffee maker. For your convenience – you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in this unit. There’s also wi-fi, in case you need to work while on vacation, or would like to enjoy your wireless devices.
