An ideal condo for 2-3 families with children - we prefer to sleep 8 or fewer people, but we can sleep up to 10 people for an extra charge. Note: Maximum occupancy of this unit varies depending on your the ratio of adults to children. Children 16 yrs and older are counted as adults. We never allow 10 adults.

It may be hard to get you back inside – but when dinner’s ready, you’ll want to be the first one seated in the dining area. The dining table seats 6 people, and there is seating for more at the bar.
The large, open kitchen has spacious cabinets, Granite counters, and stainless steel refrigerator. We want you to feel at home, so we have thoughtfully equipped this kitchen. You’ll find a toaster, hand mixer, dishes, flatware, professional cookware, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and a regular drip coffee maker.
For your convenience – you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in this unit. There’s also wi-fi, in case you need to work while on vacation, or would like to enjoy your wireless devices.
