This beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bath townhome a mere 5 minute 400 meter walk to the largest public beach access where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire at sunset. Cycle, run or walk along the beach boardwalk and beach road! This unit is also a very close walk to several award winning restaurants. Being so close to the beach and restaurants makes getting around safe and easy for the whole family.The large 40ft x 30ft pool is heated during major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
The open living area, kitchen, and outside areas are perfect for large gatherings. Each level of the home has its own temperature control. Balconies off the living room and 2nd floor front bedroom. Spacious master bedroom/bath with large walk-in closet, garden tub, and oversized shower round out the luxurious features!
