Located on the 5th floor the door opens to a large open floor plan made up of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable plush seating to enjoy the stunning view of the emerald green Destin water. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a large balcony with raised seating so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the view. Near the living room is the dining area that can accommodate 6. The kitchen just steps away and has all full-sized appliances and a washer/dryer. The spacious granite countertops allow you to have plenty of space to whip up a feast for 6 or a quick bite before heading to the complex pool. All the cookware, utensils, and dishes are already provided so you just have to pack the food.
The first guest bedroom has 2 Twin sized beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.
The second guest bedroom is similar to the Master Bedroom. It offers a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and a view. The private guest bathroom is adjacent to the room.
The Master Bedroom offers a King-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and a fantastic view. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a large double sink vanity, a tub, and a separate shower.
The beach is accessed downstairs via a private gate, but the walk takes you to the public beach access point. The complex pool and hot tub are available downstairs for your use.
