INSIDE THE DUPLEX
Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway and 1 in the private garage. Then climb a set of outside stairs or the interior staircase to the balcony, with a grill and a table for dining in the shade of oak trees.
From the balcony, enter into the rental’s open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, which wows with high vaulted ceilings and lots of space.
The living area is made for lounging and naps: it has a plush microfiber sofa, love seat, and recliner, plus a 54” flat-screen with DVD player. This area opens onto the dining table for 12, and the kitchen just beyond, which is fully equipped with an electric stove, two microwaves, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a coffee pot.
All the bedrooms are conveniently located down the same long hallway. The master enjoys privacy at the very end of the hall and features a king-size bed, a mirrored closet, a wall-mounted 42” flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with a tub/shower combo.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen-size beds and the same airy, vaulted ceilings as the rest of the rental. The 4th bedroom sleeps 5 guests with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. These bedrooms share the roomy guest bath, also with a tub/shower combo.
The first door on your right in this hallway leads to the finished garage/game room, with a washer/dryer and game tables to keep the family entertained!
