As if this retreat was not perfect enough it's only 2 blocks to the beach and is within walking distance to local and fine dining restaurants, entertainment, water sports, and the Pier. Imagine the whole party can walk to wherever they need to go. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley stops conveniently near the estate.
Please be aware that if you rent the entire estate you will have private access to the pool however if the houses are rented separately the pool will be shared.

The first rental home boasts three bedrooms and one bathroom and it will comfortably sleep 8 guests with 3 queen beds and a bunk bed. A private living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and access to the pool and courtyard.
Rental Home 2
The second rental home has one bedroom and one bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 queen beds and a queen futon. This cozy rental home is the smallest of the three and it has a full kitchen and a breakfast area.
Rental Cottage 3
The third rental home enjoys three bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas as well as its own full kitchen, dining room, living room, and full access to the pool and courtyard.
The three cottages/villas surround the large pool and gathering area your group can be together, yet each enjoys the privacy of their own rental home. Overall this great three-building beach complex is perfect for large groups, families, corporate retreats, church groups, school groups, sports teams, and small weddings.
