The boat dock gate area has been locked by the HOA, so guests are not permitted to use the boat dock area at this time.
Please note there are new 24-hour surveillance cameras at this condo. The condo association has recently installed a new 24-hour recorded video surveillance security system in the exterior area of the condo building at the unit. There are two cameras covering the spa/pool area, four cameras in the garage, and two cameras on each floor (2-6).
Please remind guests that quiet hours start at 9 PM, and excessive noise could result in fines imposed against the owners and passed to their guests during their stay by the HOA and/or city municipality.
Guests are allowed to have only one vehicle in the assigned parking space for the condo in the garage. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not authorized in the garage. Also, guests are not allowed to request other owners to use their parking spaces during their stay. Guests may be able to use the three guest parking spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis in the garage. The rest of the parking for additional vehicles (including oversized vehicles) is on-street, paid or free.
Occupancy will be verified and strictly enforced to ensure guests are not exceeding occupancy limits. Exceeding this limit may require the guests to forfeit their booking costs and/or to pay additional fees for the additional guests.
The pool, hot tub, and barbecue area are open for use from dawn until dusk only, monitored by the condo association. Failure to comply with this rule may cause guests to pay a monetary penalty, and/or be restricted from the use of these amenities, including the potential cancellation of their reservation without a refund.
