The ground floor is an open plan and includes seamlessly blends the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen,offering a bright space with lots of entertaining areas. The spacious screened lanai facing the sea with additional seating and outside dining. A large private swimming pool, offering beautiful views across the water, is located off the outdoor living room area, and has plenty of sun loungers flanking the pool.
Additional amenities included with this villa are High-speed Wi-Fi connection, two kayaks (one double and one single), a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, plenty of beach towels, along with a charcoal grill, for outdoor BBQ’s.
