Designed with modern aesthetics, this villa offers fiber-optic internet, perfect for remote work. The 100-foot sandy beachfront is ideal for snorkeling, beachcombing, and barefoot water entry along a reef-protected coastline. We recommend water shoes for added protection in this marine environment.
Guests of all ages will love the private pool and spa (complimentary spa heat from Nov. 15 – Apr. 15; US$25/day for other months). The pool deck offers ample space for sunbathing, with chaise lounges and a sunbed under the shade of palm trees.
Inside, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen and great room with stunning ocean views through sliding glass doors. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar, while the spacious living areas flow effortlessly into the outdoor space.
Each of the four bedrooms features elevated ceilings, stunning ocean views, and modern ensuite bathrooms. The twin and queen suites also include private outdoor rock-walled showers. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, this villa provides a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
Beach access is a short walk through Moroccan-painted doors, leading to a private path shaded by sea grape trees, opening onto soft white sand.

- West Master Suite: King bed, ocean views, pool deck access, ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower.
- West Queen Suite: Two queen beds, ocean views, ensuite with walk-in shower, outdoor private shower, and pool deck access.
Centrally located in Spotts, the villa is just 5 minutes from two grocery stores, restaurants, and fitness centers, with easy access to Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, and Grand Harbour.
Hurley's supermarket is 5 minutes west, and Foster's supermarket is 5 minutes east, making this villa convenient for private chefs, yoga instructors, and masseuses.
Enjoy complimentary use of a tandem kayak, with additional kayaks and Seaview boards available for rental at a discount.
