Each resort condo is a haven of modern luxury, featuring sleek finishes, designer decor, and an open-concept layout that maximizes space, natural light, and breathtaking ocean views. Spanning 2,250 sq. ft., this 3-bedroom condo is equipped with all the comforts of home, including gourmet kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, SmartTVs, and a private oceanfront balcony.
The condos are designed for seamless indoor/outdoor island living, combining modern amenities with a serene, tropical atmosphere. Central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure you stay cool and connected throughout your stay.
As you enter, the home opens into a spacious great room that includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. From here, you’ll be captivated by the endless blue ocean views, which can also be enjoyed from the primary suite. Crisp coastal decor enhances the natural beauty that surrounds you.
The living area is a cozy retreat, with comfortable sofa seating, a large SmartTV, and a tray ceiling with ceiling fans. Step outside to your private roofed balcony, which overlooks the resort’s pool deck and beachfront. A private staircase offers easy access to the resort’s beach and pool areas.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, outfitted with Thermador appliances, countertop essentials, and a kitchen island with breakfast bar seating. Everything you need for cooking and dining is provided, including cookware, dishware, and cutlery.
Dining options abound with a formal indoor dining table that seats six, as well as an outdoor dining area on the balcony, where you can enjoy meals with stunning oceanfront views.
Each condo is outfitted with blackout window shades, luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and plush robes, ensuring a restful stay.
The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort, accommodating up to six guests. The primary suite features a king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to a private balcony, a SmartTV, and a spacious ensuite with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The guest suites include a king bed with an ensuite and a queen bed with a SmartTV and walk-in closet. Additional bedding options, such as a crib or pack-n-play, are available upon request.
For convenience, the condo includes an in-unit laundry room, complimentary daily housekeeping, and evening turndown service.
A hidden gem of the resort is the rarely used 5th-floor open-air owner’s terrace. With dining tables and seating, it’s perfect for sunset dinners with 270-degree island views, including Cayman Kai, North Sound, and George Town. The terrace also offers a tranquil spot for reading with elevated views.
