Reminiscent of a simpler time, this old Florida beach house is a classic. The original wood ceiling and beams are in wonderful condition, as is the roof, which was replaced in 2017. One bedroom with a queen bed and large living room with a bunk bed. 1 and a half baths with a walk in shower in the main bath. Deeded access to a beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. There’s a dock easement across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can drop in a kayak or paddleboard. Walking distance to the North Venice jetty. Private beach - no crowds but still so close to everything you would want! Located between Nokomis Beach and the Venice Jetty, there are plenty of great waterfront restaurants, a marina, nearby groceries and even a neighborhood ice cream shop.
