This is a luxury home in the Tarpon Bay gated community on Captiva Island. Our four bedroom/four and one half bathroom home is set up as a main house and guest quarters attached by a covered walk way. The main part of the house features a spacious living room, dining area and full kitchen on the main level. The kitchen has everything you need and more to prepare meals for your friends and family while on vacation. The main level also features a bedroom/office with sleeper sofa, half bathroom and laundry room. Up the stairs or private elevator is the owner suite with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and a walk in shower. Both levels features open decks with wonderful views. Going across the short covered walk way is the guest quarters with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. There's a seating area with sleeper sofa, another king suite with full bathroom and suite with two twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is the resort style pool area with heated pool and hot tub that spills over into the pool. Plenty of seating and an outdoor grill/bar and mini fridge.
We're a short walk down to the dock, tennis court that is shared by the other homes in the community or walk across Captiva Drive to the deeded beach access.
