With over 2300 sq ft of living space, there is ample room to accommodate a large family, friends or even two couples and their families. The main level is a large great room with living area featuring a large flat panel TV, dining room, open chef's style kitchen with a breakfast bar and additional seating as well as everything you'll need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner while you're on the Island.
There are two king suites, another suite with a queen bed and the 3rd guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. Downstairs is your own private spa like pool setting with plenty of seating and a large heated pool to enjoy all day and night. There isn't public beach parking on Wightman Lane, which makes it very private and not crowded. You can also walk over to several restaurants and shops or better yet, rent a golf cart and get around the entire Village area in style!
