This stunning 5-bedroom home, accommodating up to 12 guests, is designed to celebrate the best of Captiva living. The expansive chef’s kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for everything from gourmet meals to casual takeout. The spacious living room is perfect for family gatherings, offering a smart TV, DVD collection, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large reading library, and an array of card and board games.
The highlight of the home is the soaring, screened-in atrium with a lanai and pool bar, perfect for relaxing, grilling, and lounging by the large heated pool and hot tub—day or night.
A private beach path leads you to Captiva’s renowned South Seas Beach. We’ve thought of everything: beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and beach toys—so all you need to focus on is fun in the sun.
While you won't have resort amenity access, you won't need it as our home has everything you'll need and there are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort for you to enjoy.
Important Note: The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
