Welcome to your perfect getaway on Captiva Island! This beautifully remodeled home, completed in 2020, boasts expertly redesigned landscaping for a natural, tropical feel. Enjoy the brand-new pool area with lounge chairs, a dining space, grill, and plenty of room for family and friends. Downstairs, engage in a friendly game of corn hole or relax with the pool floats in the perfectly heated water.
Captiva Beach is just a 2-minute walk down Wiles Drive, where you’ll find a quiet neighborhood beach path next to the library. We provide everything you need for a perfect beach day: chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, and beach bags. There's even a beach wagon and toys for the kids.
Inside, the home features vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The spacious master bedroom on the west side has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional guest rooms on the east side share a bathroom. The living area offers comfortable seating and a dining table for six. You'll also find a washer/dryer and a cozy nook with books and games for the whole family.
Spend your evenings on the screened-in front porch with a refreshing drink. If you enjoy shelling, Captiva Beach will delight you with its array of shells. Rinse them off at our shell washing station when you return.
Shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance or a quick golf cart ride (rentals available from local vendors).
