Picturesque 2 bedrooms 2 bath Bayfront cottage with private fishing dock. Just steps to your own private beach! Best spot to watch dolphins on the island. Bayfront home has a screened-in porch overlooking the water. Watch the dolphin go by and see the tarpon jumping in the sun. If you like to fish, this dock is the premier spot on the island. Club activities included with your stay and enjoy one of the two pools, the clay tennis courts, the pool bar and grill, or a complimentary kayak or bike ride. This is the island to come to for relaxation, and this is the house to do it in. Dolphin Watch lies within 50 feet of the water, and the views are simply stunning. This old-style Florida home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath, and the second bedroom has two twin beds, spectacular views of the bay. The Living room has 40” Screen Smart Roku tv with satellite and Blu-ray, complimentary wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Please note the dock is not for overnight parking. This dock is on the open water and storms and rough seas can sink your boat. If you need overnight dock, boat slip rentals are available.
