When you walk up to the home, you are greeted by the spectacular pool and extended lanai area that also had a half bath and outdoor shower. Entering the home will be a foyer, once up the stairs, you will find the spacious main level with the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is state of the art with white shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful island.
Two bedrooms are located on the main floor of the house. The first to the right will have a queen-size bed with a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. This bedroom does have an adjoining bathroom, however, it's not private to this room but does have a door from the bedroom to the bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed with a large TV mounted to the wall. This room does have a private bathroom.
The top floor has other two bedrooms one of which is the master suite. This room has a king bed with a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet room. This room also has a private balcony that has a stunning bay view. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunks beds, one with a trundle so 5 will sleep comfortably here.
This home offers a barbeque grill, outdoor shower, beach towels, free wi-fi and is located a short stroll to the beach and shops/restaurants in the Village of Captiva.
