The living area opens up to the Gulf and the dining area opens to a private courtyard with new gas and charcoal grills and plenty of outdoor seating.
Off of the living areas is the King Master Suite with en-suite bathroom, hot and cold outdoor shower, and walk-in closet. The windows of the master bedroom open to the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite is equipped with custom dimmable decorative lighting and flat-screen HDTV mounted on the wall.
Also adjacent to the living area is a Queen bedroom with separate full bathroom. This bedroom also has a flat-screen HDTV on its wall for private viewing.
Both bathrooms in the home have whimsical, beach-themed custom tile showers.
One of the most unique features of this private cottage is the additional bedroom room addition. A giant HDTV in the middle and, hidden within the tall ceilings are custom, built-in 'murphy' double-size beds each with their own lighting for night-time reading. Without having to move any furniture, you now can sleep additional guests with ease. This room also continues the indoor/outdoor living by opening up to the private courtyard.
A wonderful bonus is the beach adirondack chairs set up all the time for you.
