A truly lovely North Captiva Island vacation home! This magnificent vacation home enjoys a hot tub and lovely outdoor patio area perfect for dining and entertaining. Guests staying at the home can enjoy club access where you can play at the beach, and have fun in one of the two resort pools - Great club activities include kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more. Nestled within walking distance to the club and the beach. This super charming three bedroom three bathroom vacation home is located in a terrific location close to beaches and dining and shopping. The first floor of the home enjoys an open concept living dining and kitchen area perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Vaulted ceilings and light coastal cottage décor. The kitchen offers updated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. A large spa tub that can allow six to to take a deep soak under the stars. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. with a Queen Bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin Beds with a full bathroom close by. There is a spiral staircase leading to the second floor where the third master bedroom enjoys a Queen Bed with a shower bath, a streaming television and a private balcony off the bedroom. Continue up the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor observatory which has a wet bar, 4 swivel loungers and a small television.
