This magnificent residence located within the gates of the South Seas Island Resort, is a private home that has been completely renovated. As soon as you enter you'll experience the upscale coastal contemporary features our home has to offer. The open kitchen design leads into the living area and sitting room along with sliders and the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps beyond. Prepare meals for your friends and family as our kitchen has everything you'll need. Our home even has a stack washer and dryer for added convenience. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the spacious king suite on the beach side and another bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom nearby. You'll spend most of your time on the beach or on our screened lanai with comfortable seating and just steps to the sand. Speaking of the beach, our expansive and beautiful beach is just steps from the home. You're also just a short distance to our community heated pool, tennis court and bbq. While you won't get full resort amenity access, you can easily access so many better shops and restaurants located in the Captiva Village area, a short distance away. Amenities
While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (free), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.
