What do we love about this luxury Captiva Vacation Rental? Luxury 5 bedroom vacation sleeps up to 12 guests. Spacious accommodation, enjoy 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, two living rooms, and a nice pool area. This home comes equipped with two 4 passenger golf carts and is conveniently located within walking distance to the Marina Club. This is one of the few homes on North Captiva with a sizeable private pool and club access. Gourmet kitchen, a kitchen near the pool with a second large fridge, and a game room. Island Splash is only a few blocks to the beaches! (take one of the carts) This vacation rental home is located on North Captiva Island. It is accessible only by ferry, private boat, or small plane. This private island community is close to a Caribbean experience as you will find in the USA. Just 3 miles offshore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. The nearest airport to fly to would be in Fort Myers, Fl. Travel by golf cart or bicycle on our sandy native trails. Great news no cars, no crowds, or paved roads. North Captiva Island offers a small town impression with just enough amenities to keep the children entertained. Guests would have access to the club pools, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, tennis court, half basketball courts, and beach chairs.
