This villa is a spectacular brand new vacation beach home fully equipped, and built to a high standard. You will truly love this gem which is just a couple blocks to the beach and Club. The home is a spacious one story 1600 square foot open floor plan with raised ceilings for an extra spacious feel. This awesome home is beautifully furnished and setup with 4 brand new high def smart TV's with lots of movie and tv selections. The kitchen is a lovely designer kitchen open to the living and dining setup for entertaining. The house is equipped with both a regular coffee maker & Keurig, reusable pods if you just have the coffee, also an Air Fryer. Each bedroom is spacious and has very comfortable beds. The open porch looks down at the spacious pool are with a nice brick paver pool deck. There are two types of grills, charcoal and gas for your convenience. This vacation rental home is located on North Captiva Island. Remote and undiscovered, North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, private boat or small plane. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time.
