As you drive through the winding drive, you will be awed by the tropical foliage and the beautifully landscaped courtyard with private hot tub and seating area. The private courtyard leads to the healthy non chlorinated heated pool with two guest suites that open onto the pool area. Each guest suite enjoys the luxury of an en-suite bathroom and private balcony offering endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a gulf view from nearly every room in the house! The spacious living area comes with comfortable seating, 70" wall-mounted smart TV, and an additional speaker sound bar. The living area is part of the great room with a high-end dining table and open kitchen with a new solid surface, stone countertops, ultra high-end appliances, a coffee bar with a Keurig and Traditional Coffee Pot as well as a second refrigerator/freezer for additional storage. The main level of the home also features a media room/den/sixth bedroom with another 70" wall-mounted smart TV, sound bar and sectional sofa with en-suite bath. The best feature of this luxury beach estate is the deck off the great room stretching from one side of the home to the other. This area features some of the best views you will find of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere on Captiva Island. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, access to the second level balcony and en-suite bathroom. Follow the hallway south and you come to the perfect room for children or younger adults with a bunk bed and twin trundle. There is another bathroom just off this bedroom as well. On the South end of the estate is your private master suite with an ultra comfortable king sized bed, wall mounted smart TV, personal washer/dryer, en-suite bathroom with separate shower looking out to the Gulf of Mexico as well as a private outdoor shower on the balcony. The second level balcony has a unique spiral staircase which leads to your private sun deck and views out to the Gulf of Mexico that go on seemingly forever. The sunset views are awe-inspiring to say the least... you have to see it for yourself to fully grasp the beauty. The beach level of the home has a ping pong table, foosball, bag toss, swings like you would find at Caribbean restaurants and a short, winding path directly leading to the beach. The beach side of the property has a manicured landscape perfect for intimate events. There are also tropical fruit trees lining the South side of the property further enhancing and encapsulating the Tropical Florida Beach Experience. Your stay includes complimentary high speed wireless internet.
