3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. This home offers two master suites, each with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 low-rise bunk beds, perfect for young children and teens. The third full bathroom with a bathtub/shower is just off the bunk room. The beds are outfitted with Lilly Pulitzer duvets, fitting with the island vibe! We've provided enough extra, white cotton blankets for everyone, should they prefer a lighter cover.
This home is located on the northern tip of the island called Rum Point. We are on the beach and also adjacent to 4 acres of private, undeveloped land which makes our home feel peaceful and secluded.
North Captiva has no cars, only sandy trails and golf carts! There are 3 restaurants, the island club, and public beaches. However with your own private beach you probably won't feel the need to leave the house!
We provide beach chairs and lounges, sun umbrellas, bikes and games at our home. The newly renovated house is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, wifi, 4 wall-mounted flat screen televisions, and a full size washer & dryer. There is a propane grill outside for your use.
North Captiva island is perfect for you if you're looking for a one of a kind experience. This is a special island that can be accessed only by boat or plane. There are 4 bars/restaurants, a lively pool bar & grill, convenience store, guided fishing and boating tours, gift shop, boat rentals, grocery deliveries, and more.
