The Bedding consists of all King beds! Enjoy a modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, and Boat Dockage. Past guests comment on the stunning views of Roosevelt Channel and many return year after year making this their Captiva Island home away from home. The main living room has a 70" flat panel TV and doors will take you out to the large screened-in porch with ample outdoor seating. The gourmet-designed kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and the breakfast nook overlooks the bay making for a wonderful spot to watch Captiva sunrise. The formal dining room/area has seating for ten. Guests love the private pool with outdoor loungers. This house does not offer direct deeded beach access, but Turner Beach is just one mile up the road with the Captiva Village located within a short two-mile drive. Plenty of space to store your boat and trailer or just fish off the boat dock. Just a perfect Captiva vacation home. The heated pool is located in the front of the house and has plenty of space for swimming and sunbathing. There is an additional home on this bay lot also available to rent! Both homes can sleep up to 16 people, have 2 private pools, and room for 2 boats at the private dock! Please note guests at the villa will also enjoy full access to a local resort and spa!
