This is only 50 yards from the beach. It features a private, heated pool one of the largest on the island and gets sun nearly all day, free wi-fi, BBQ Grill, two theater systems (one on the upper level and one on the lower).The screened patio continues under the shelter of the house for a cool retreat from the heat at midday. A spacious sundeck off the dining room faces west toward the beach, and has a large grill, a dining table, and lounge chairs. The home is located close to the beach, and is convenient to the Green Flash Restaurant, Captiva Library, Chapel by the Sea, and a short walk to the Captiva Village center.
This has been fully renovated and has a modern look and feel. Floors are all ceramic tile through out and the steps are carpeted. Large windows let in lots of daylight, giving a bright, cheerful essence to the house. The living room features a Hitachi HDTV home theater system with DVD player and surround sound. The laundry room has a standard washer and dryer. The main living level offers a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom which features a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and French doors that open onto a very private lanai facing east - great for morning sunshine or afternoon shade. The two upstairs guest bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and they share a guest bath with tub/shower combination.
