Come vacation at this Mediterranean-style luxury vacation home located heart of Captiva Village. This stunning six bedroom, six bathroom private luxury home can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 guests and is situated only six hundred and fifty feet to the beach located on the much sought after Andy Rosse Lane. The main house offers a plush upper level master bedroom suite with a King Bed. The main living level offers another bedroom suite with a King Bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level offers another master bedroom with a king bed and a living area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa for children or extra sleeping. Across from the homes courtyard are two nanny or in-law suites. One offers a Queen bed with a full bathroom. the new master suite is handicap accessible with a king bed and a wheelchair roll-in shower. This house offers five star, tasteful upscale furnishings. The updated and spacious gourmet kitchen is perfect for those at home dinners! The home has a wonderful private pool, hot tub. *Recently added: Eight (8) flat panel TVs (including 5 new Smart TVs!) with 43" and 50" in Master Bedrooms and a 70" TV in Living Room. High speed internet with full coverage across the property, and a recently added BBQ Grill.
