The third bedroom has a queen bed with entry to screen porch and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds with flat screen tv. The homes the fifth bedroom has been furnished with bunk beds and is located on the fourth floor of the home.
The living areas are an open plan in design creating a vast entertaining and gathering area. The living room has a 42-inch screen tv, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and the lovely dining is boasts outstanding water views. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. Just 3 miles off shore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. Nearest airport to fly to would be in Fort Myers, FL. Travel by golf cart or bicycle on our sandy native trails. Here, you will find no cars, no crowds or paved roads. Guest would have access to club pools, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, tennis court, half basketball court, and beach chairs.
