The community is centrally located on more than 6 miles of spectacular beach on the Gulf Of Mexico. It's also conveniently close to The Village and the finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. Enjoy the pool, dock, two tennis courts, and recreation area complete with gas grills and picnic tables. From our home, you are close to the boardwalk to the beach, the marina, and to finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. This is a place that is great to walk and explore.
Screened porch, on main level, overlooks a private picnic area and has a table with four chairs and a lounge chair for relaxing. There is an outdoor shower, a washer, dryer and WIFI service. Tiled floor for main level: living / dining room, bar area, kitchen, laundry.
The home is completely furnished. Sorry, no smoking and no pets are permitted.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen including washer/dryer, refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave oven, stove, two drawer dishwasher, plus central air conditioning, ceiling fans, fireplace (sorry, fireplaces are not available to guests), WIFI service, telephone answering machine, two color TV's with cable service, VCR, two DVD players, ironing board & steam iron, disposal, coffee maker, blender, linens and towels and much more. The living room features a 50" Plasma TV.
Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool floats, games, books, are provided free to our guests. Cribs, bikes, scooters, etc., may be rented from local dealers only a short walk from our home. Boats may be rented or chartered at the marina just across the road- on the Intra-coastal waterway.
Upstairs, the master suite has a king size bed. The private bath has a tub and shower. There is a lovely upper-floor sun deck with lounge chairs.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with tub and shower.
The half bath and the laundry room are on the main level.
