This home is beachfront in one of the best parts of Captiva Island. This is a great location on a quiet corner, yet with easy walking convenience to shops and restaurants. Property is a traditional Captiva-style cottage, ground level for easy access. Walk right out onto the beach anytime – it’s so delightful to be this close! Enjoy the partial beach view from the west side screened porch, or relax privately in the furnished yard and take advantage of Captiva’s sunshine and great weather. The cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer, and a TV in the living room. The kitchen has all new appliances including side-by-side fridge, glass top range, double sink, and dishwasher. This home has two bedrooms (king and twin beds, each bedroom with a TV), plus a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, both en suite.
