Additional amenities include four bedrooms (king, queen, queen, twins) plus a sleep sofa in the downstairs apartment, 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house, the fourth is in a full apartment on the homes ground level. A private heated pool with screened in an enclosure as well as a sky deck with views over the Gulf and Bay.
