Three living-level private homes located between both the Bay and the Beach! Fishing only from boat dock-CANNOT DOCK A BOAT THERE. Seven bedroom, five-bathroom private home offering views of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This lovely appointed three living level home offers an upper level complete with a master suite offering a king bed, sitting area, and large master suite with jetted tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a private open balcony, and a sitting area. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a private balcony. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main living level offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, and Direct TV along with a formal dining room. The screened patio offers a weber grill and views of the Bay. There is also a small breakfast nook with seating for five along with a bar off the kitchen with seating for four. The 4th bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and full bedroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 5 offers a queen bed along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level offers an entertainment area complete with a TV and seating area. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms 6 and 7 both offer queen beds and both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This private home offers pool, hot tub, Direct TV, free wi-fi, BBQ Grill, Two full size washer/dryers, two kitchens, and elevator. Beach access is located just across the street just 300 feet from the home. The house offers all of your bed/bath linens along with Beach Towels.
