Emerald Kite presents this Privately Owned and Professionally Managed Captiva vacation rental accommodation. Two story, elevated home located in the heart of the Captiva Village! It can sleep up to six guests in this two bedroom, two and a half bath house. Steps to the community pool, short walk to beach and everything else on Captiva Island! HOME FEATURES A two-story elevated vacation home that has been updated with tropical decor and can accommodate up to six guests. The spacious living area with open floor plan has a large flat panel TV, DVD player, WIFI and a sleeper sofa. The main level also features a nice dining area and open kitchen with all appliances, cookware and utensils. There is a half bath on the main level. Up the stairs is the open loft with a day bed in addition to the king master suite and second bedroom with the two twins. The master suite has a comfortable king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a private sun deck with seating. Enjoy the outdoors on your private screened lanai with ample seating with a high-top table as well as a cushioned sectional. ****Things to note due to Hurricane Ian**** 1. The tennis courts will be closed starting July 12th, 2023 for 12-14 weeks. 2. The dock is currently closed and will be getting worked on starting August 2nd, 2023. This projected is expected to last 2 months. This privately-owned vacation residence does not accept on-online reservations.
