The Estate rental property offers a main house and a guest house with privacy for your special guests. The Main House is a 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms two living level home offering upscale living and a gourmet kitchen complete with a Keurig coffeemaker and an oversize range. Enjoy the tranquility of Pine Island Sound from your large screened lanai or while dining from your sun deck. The main living level features a quiet master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower. It has a beautiful view, vaulted ceilings and access to a private deck overlooking the well-landscaped grounds. The other five bedrooms are located on the lower half of the home and come complete with TVs, DVDs and updated furnishings. One of the guest bathrooms even has a jetted spa! The heated pool separates the main house from the guest cottage which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 6. There are vaulted ceilings, wood floors, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, DVD Player and a screened lanai. The home has plantation shutters, two BBQ Grills, beach chairs, 20 beach towels, 7 TVs, 7 DVDs, washer/dryer and free wi-fi. Main House Beds: K/K/K/K/FF/TT. Guest House Beds: K/TT/SS. Sleeps total of 20. No smoking permitted. 7 night minimum stay.
