If you prefer to enjoy the water and sun in the privacy of your own backyard, you will love the inviting kidney-shaped pool, complete with an elevated hot tub and a waterfall that flows into the pool. Inside there are four bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, a wet bar with a refrigerator, and French doors that lead to a private patio. Within the master suite, there is a private bathroom including a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, and there is direct access to the master bedroom via the elevator.On the main floor, there is a media room, which contains video and surrounds sound entertainment. This room, with French doors that close for privacy, can also be used as a fifth bedroom. The large living room has a wonderful open feeling with twenty-four-foot ceilings and oversized Palladian windows that look out onto the path to the beach. The gourmet kitchen contains a six-burner Monogram Chef's stove, warming drawer, side-by-side refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker, trash compactor, granite and tumbled marble countertops. The open floor plan allows for seating both at the kitchen counter and in the dining room, and your chef can entertain your guests while creating culinary delights. The dining room has a separate wet bar with a chilled wine cabinet and custom cabinetry. A laundry room and powder room are also on the main floor. On the ground floor, there is an entertainment room, equipped with a 42’’ flat-screen television, which opens out onto the pool area This house is within walking distance of the acclaimed Mucky Duck and Bubble Room restaurants, among other favorites. You can park your car in the two and a half car garage and enjoy walking or biking to most of your destinations. We are also happy to provide beach towels and high-speed wireless Internet access for your stay.
