Boasting around 1500 sq ft of space of luxury living space with vaulted ceilings in a boutique private community consisting of only10 units. Boasting three bedroom/three bathroom villa that has been updated throughout with high end appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch washer and dryer and all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay. The stylish living area comes with plush seating as well as large flat panel TV and screened lanai. The main level features the master bedroom with king sized bed, desk and en-suite bathroom. The beautifully appointed guest bedroom enjoys two twin beds and a full bathroom. Upstairs is a loft and the final guest bedroom comes with a king sized bed and full bathroom. Amenities consist of a heated pool, dock perfect for fishing or watching the birds, dolphins or manatees and the beach is just a couple minute walk away. As we're located in the Village area of Captiva you can easily rent a golf cart and get around to shops and restaurants. Please note that our upscale community requires a 2 week minimum stay.
