This dreamy Captiva Island vacation cottage sits right at the feet of the Gulf of Mexico with the most dreamy water views and literally steps to the sandy beaches we are famous for. The cottage underwent an interior remodel during early 2016 and now presents a chic, coastal designer residence. The open living plan is clean, modern, and spacious, and doors open onto the screened gulf front lanai where you have plenty of space for outdoor dining. The kitchen has been custom designed with quartz counters and a breakfast bar. Three separate bedrooms, including one upstairs and the loft opening onto the open sundeck allowing all guests a real beach experience. All the well-appointed bedrooms have been beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are high-end with quality finishes. Plantation shutters, contemporary ceiling fans, quartz countertops are just a few of the little extras that make this a superb accommodation option.
