Two Bedroom Walk to Beach Vacation Condo in Captiva Sleeps 4

This is a very unique condo on Captiva Island. Our vacation rental condominium allows weekly minimum stays and consists of two bedrooms/two bathrooms and elevator service for each access from the ground level to our top floor property. The spacious condo is an open floor plan with an updated, full kitchen, dining area, and living room that leads out to the private screened lanai with direct gulf front views. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. This community has a heated pool behind the building along with boat dockage available. Stroll down to the dock, even without a boat, to fish or watch the dolphins and manatees. Getting to the beach is very easy as you can cross Captiva Drive and you're on the sand. With our location just outside the village area of Captiva, you can walk, ride your car or rent a golf cart to easily get to shops and restaurants. The property can rent for weekly minimum stays and accommodate up to four guests.
