This vacation home in the heart of Cape Coral is aptly named. In this villa, you can spend your vacation next to one of the city’s most beautiful canals. Well-maintained gardens, elegant furniture, and spacious rooms await you.
The villa has 3 bedrooms: One is equipped with a king-size bed, and the other has queen-size beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which features a walk-in shower.
The heatable pool is a true highlight of the villa – not only thanks to beautiful views of the canal. Around the pool, you can catch a tan on the sunbeds or enjoy a cocktail on the cozy lounge chairs. Of course, you can also spend the evening in the living area complete with leather sofas and a flat-screen TV.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for meals with the whole family: including oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, blender, toaster, and cutlery, as well as a coffee machine and spices. Buying groceries is easy with the supermarkets Publix and Walmart just 5–10 minutes away.
The dining area is perfect for dinners with the whole family with its elegant chandelier and large table. Of course, you can also enjoy your meal in the roofed pool area. The vacation home is in a quiet, but central area.
